Shaun Clair enters his twentieth year as one of the industry’s most trusted brand storytellers with a recent legacy as a lead communicator to the world’s most culturally-connected brands, including Coca-Cola, the National Football League, Marriott International, Diageo, Major League Baseball, Topgolf, Under Armour, Callaway Golf and USAA.

His belief in the importance of purpose-first communication for brands and his bottomless love for solving an array of communications challenges led him to co-found Gray Wolf in 2023 alongside fellow founder Layton Lassiter. Clair saw the changing dynamics of generative AI and the flexibility to source the best industry talent from anywhere as the key reasons to create a new, more nimble problem-solving machine for brands.

Clair had most recently guided brand PR efforts at Endeavor, the global sports and entertainment company that is home to many of the world’s most dynamic and engaging storytellers, brands, live events and experiences. As a member of the PR leadership team at 160over90, the brand marketing arm at Endeavor, Clair partnered with global executives on long-term business plans, growth strategies, and transformational initiatives. Handpicked by the group’s lead to transform Media Relations practices and develop strategic Business Development initiatives, he drove alignment with the organization's long-term business goals.

Beyond leading media relations efforts, one of his career hallmarks is as an integrated marketer that brings an earned media lens to award-winning campaigns. His work earned the prestigious Cannes Lion PR Award for “Best PR-led Integrated Campaign” (Guinness beer) and the PR Week Award winner for “Best Integrated Campaign” (USAA). Prior to working at Endeavor 160 over90, Clair was part of a young leadership core at Taylor that was recognized as the “Agency of the Decade '' by industry beacon PRovoke. Clair has also led campaign activations at top global events such as The Emmys, SXSW, The NYC Marathon, Comic-Con International, NY Fashion Week and more than fifteen Super Bowls.

Committed to building an inclusive and equitable organization, Clair co-chaired Endeavor’s global internal disability inclusion group that spanned policy and programming across the publicly-traded powerhouse. Clair lives with his wife, Jen, in Jersey City (NJ) with their daughter Avery and son Grant. Once a communications major and scholarship football player at Fordham University, he remains active by serving on the University’s Athletic Hall of Fame committee and aiding different fundraising efforts.
